Kadoma Musician Illuminates Zim Gospel

Kadoma based gospel musician Maggie Tinyani better known as Mai Mutinhimira is making a mark in the country’s music industry with her charming music.
Mai Mutinhimira has been topping the charts on local radio stations and her 2022 track Amazulu saw her making a breakthrough to lure the hearts of gospel loving fans.
In an interview with ZimReview, Mai Mutinhimira said the song was motivated by the hardships that people face and their need to call upon God in such times.
“All the hardships that individuals face need them to turn unto the Lord that’s where the answer is, the response might be low but just know. The Lord never forsakes you he will be preparing something great for you just be patient with him,” said Mai Mutungamiri
The Masvingo born musician released her first album in 2021 titled “Ngatiparidzei Vhangeri” before she knew the album was all over town, this got her invited to Jive TV for Jive Sessions where she premiered her album to Harare Residents and received positive response which motivated her to release a second Album in 2022 titled “Kune Vatumwa”.
Apart from those two albums Mai Mutinhimira has managed to collaborate with various Gospel Musicians including the likes of Bethany Pasinawako, Dispatch, Simbarashe Ndungwa and David Mabvuramiti.
She also added taste to the career of the Afrobeats Musician Oryanoe when they collaborated on a single track titled “Israel”.
Mai Mutinhimira has also shared the stage with Various Top Gospel artists including Dorcas Moyo at the Kadoma Gospel Festival and at Simbarashe Ndungwa’s Album launch that was powered by Honourable Pasade.
