United Families International Church (UFIC) founder Prophet Emmanuel Makandiwa says he has in his life never bought anything that is expensive because everything he has bought or done is within his reach.
The UFIC leader recently purchased a high-end luxury 2023 BMW 7-Series valued at US$300 000, the first in the country and is totally redesigned with pioneering technologies, a bolder exterior and comfort-enhancing features — landed in the country on December 24, 2022.
In a video during a church service and has gone viral on social media, Prophet Makandiwa said if it was expensive he would have not bought it.
“I would rather have the person ask me that question because I have never in my life not even once I have never bought an expensive car. If it was expensive I wouldn’t have bought it, I don’t know what is wrong with people. I have only bought cheap cars, I have only built cheap houses if it was expensive I wouldn’t have bought it, the problem is, it is expensive to who? To you.
“It’s your money that want to use to buy what I have bought, so the term expensive, whose term is that? I am smart to know when a product is expensive and I will not buy it because I can’t. Have I stopped sending my children to school because of a house that I have built so vara rekuti expensive ririkubva kupi (Where is the word expensive coming from?). Tell me what kind of a shoe is deemed expensive, what kind of a phone would you term expensive,” said Makandiwa
The maroon BMW vehicle has sent tongues wagging after a video showing the vehicle coming out of Makandiwa’s luxurious Chishawasha Hills home went viral on social media platforms.
