Tragedy Strikes in Glen Norah As 13-Year-Old Girl Stabbed to Death

In a shocking turn of events, a 13-year-old girl, Keisha Makovana, lost her life in a disturbing incident that unfolded at Glen Norah B Flats on the evening of December 26, 2023.
The tragic event, currently under investigation by the Zimbabwe Republic Police, involves a 27-year-old man, Munyaradzi Musariri, who allegedly stabbed the young girl to death.
According to a statement by the national police spokesperson, Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi, the incident occurred after the two were discovered in an intimate situation in the girl’s parents’ bedroom.
“The Zimbabwe Republic Police is investigating the circumstances in which Keisha Makovana (13) was stabbed to death with a knife by Munyaradzi Musariri (27) at Glen Norah B Flats after the two had been found intimate in the girl’s parents’ bedroom on 26th December 2023.
“The suspect claims that he had agreed with the minor to stab each other to death after being found in her parents’ blankets between 1800 and 1900 hours. The suspect is currently admitted at a local hospital under Police security,” said Assistant Commissioner Nyathi
He assured the public that more details will be released as the investigation progresses.
