A 34 year old Epworth man has been arrested in connection with the murder of his ex-wife’s 22 year old boyfriend.
According to a Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) statement, Innocent Zamura attacked his ex-wife and stabbed the now deceased Surance Sithole after he found them walking together.
“ZRP Epworth arrested Innocent Zaruma (34) for a murder case in which he attacked his ex-wife, Talent Simba (23), and Surance Sithole (22) after he had found the two walking together near Mabvazuva Secondary school in Epworth, Harare on 16/11/22.
“The suspect stabbed Surance Sithole once on the stomach before dragging his ex-wife to an unknown place, leaving the victim with protruding intestines. The victim was rushed to Parirenyatwa Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival,” said the ZRP
In another case, ZRP Esigodini is investigatinga murder case where Mqondisi Ndlovu (31) died while admitted at Esigodini District Hospital on 15/11/22 after he had been severely attacked by Lazarous Derrick Nyathi (30), Carlos Phiri (20) and a 16-year-old juvenile in the Nwazi area, Esigodini, on 04/11/22.
