The trial of Michael Shongwe Ndoro, a co-director at Zororo Energy Group, has been scheduled for February 1 at the Harare Magistrates Court.
Ndoro is facing allegations of forging the company’s registration documents in an attempt to remove his former wife and business partner, Precious Ndoro, from her directorship position at Zororo Energy Group, dating back to 2019.
The State has disclosed that the two individuals were originally married when they co-founded the company but later divorced.
In this legal matter, Michael Shongwe Ndoro, represented by lawyer Mr. Malvern Mapako, will be jointly appearing with Tunika Phaenah Mkhahanana, who is also facing similar accusations.
The court proceedings are presided over by magistrate Mrs. Yeukai Dzuda.
