Zimpost’s unveiled an array of initiatives aimed at recognizing both its valued customers and dedicated employees during a recent event held in the capital.
During a gathering attended by stakeholders and the media, Zimpost’s Postmaster General, Maxwell Chitendeni, announced the initiation of the Mr Pace Marathon, the Insure, License, and Win Promotion, and the Staff Promotion.
Postmaster General Chitendeni announced that the Post Insurance – Insure, License, and Win promotion, scheduled from mid-April to mid-October 2024, will feature its first grand draw on April 29, 2024, at the Zimpost ZITF stand, with the final draw taking place in October 2024.
The Post Insurance- Mr Pace Marathon, aimed at community engagement and marking its third iteration, will focus on mental wellness through sport, taking place on May 18, 2024, at the National Sports Stadium B Arena.
The marathon is an open race inviting all participants, with winners receiving cash prizes, medals, and branded t-shirts, along with various health and wellness activities planned for the day.
The Post Insurance – Staff Promotion is scheduled to run from April to October 2024, with the grand draw set for November 2024.
This promotion aims to recognize and motivate Zimpost employees, including categories for the top-performing regional manager, postal managers, support staff, and counter clerks, with awards for the best in each region.
Zimpost has partnered with Nicoz Diamond, Global Risk Underwriting Managers (GRUMA), Zinara, and Mr Pace for this initiative.
